Atlanta Show = Opportunity for Free Work
That’s right Atlanta residents, even now I am preparing to soft rock you THIS FRIDAY when I play at The Five Spot with Paul and Storm at 8:30 PM. Last I checked, you could still buy tickets, but the numbers are getting up there so don’t wait till the last minute.
The other thing is that some folks at Yahoo News want to do a video profile of me soon for their site. They were hoping to get a camera person to the Atlanta show, but unfortunately the scheduling isn’t going to work out. Instead, we were all thinking it would be fun to crowd-source it, maybe get some footage from the audience’s point of view. If you’re interested in such a thing, you should contact Robert via his email: padavick@yahoo-inc.com and he will tell you what they’re looking for.

I received a link in my electronic mail to this simply perfect uke cover of Tom Cruise Crazy. My investigations into the identity of this mysterious stranger led me to a cover of Britney Spears’ss’s’ “Toxic” (which is also awesome). Why is the ukulele so completely kickass?!

Mack is auctioning off a priceless geek artifact, this PS2 Guitar Hero controller signed by me, Wil Wheaton, Tycho and Gabe, MC Frontalot, and many other famous and semi-famous people when we were all at PAX. 100% of the proceeds go to Child’s Play.
Still Alive in Engrish
Here’s a video of a Japanese “virtual idol” singing Still Alive. This is a computer voice doing a cover of a song that was originally done by another computer voice. My head hurts.
