Thank you to everyone who decided to skip the fabulous Mardi Gras celebration to come see the fabulous Coulton celebration at the House of Blues Ancillary Non-Famous Person Stage. I hear that in the other room Ben Kweller’s whole show seemed it was meant to be some kind of reaction to mine. Whatever. I don’t like to get involved in these feuds, I’m just there to play the rock and roll.
Today I drive to LA to bring my comedy music stylings to Hotel Cafe, hopefully still at 11 PM.

New Awesome Site Things
Kerrin of JoCoPro has been hard at work making some changes to the Info page for each song. Now in addition to lyrics, you will find the text of the original blog posting for Thing a Week songs, guitar tabs, and all the videos done for that song. This is the beginning of a new era in which each song will blossom like a beautiful flower into a web of yummmy content. Thanks Kerrin for all the help, and also Bry for all the guitar tab work, and also all the rest of you just because you are reading this.

Shit, I Forgot My Heart!
Yes, I did make it to SF, and yes, the show rocked extremely softly. Many thanks to all the people who came out to see me, especially the many who had to stand in the back like a bunch of animals. Next time, more chairs.
And now I am on my way to San Diego, where I will teach House of Blues what blues is all about, because I LOVE the blues.
