Newark Layover Link Blitz!
That’s the name of my other emo band. ANYWAYS. Here’s my long list of things I keep meaning to post about but haven’t. In a long long time. First, the stuff that is not interviews with me:
Lesson two from SuperDave – The Future Soon and Lesson three – I Feel Fantastic. Also, Dave has set up a site and a feed especially for these lesson videos.
For Cactus Cafe attendees – Michael Wood blogs about as well as he does a robot voice (and using the same words). I kid because I love! Michael Wood and Andy Bates should have a throw down someday.
RIT’s Surround Sound does Chiron Beta Prime and Still Alive a cappella.
A Code Monkey remix from Miko Squirrel.
Video of a Valentines Day pony-monkey massacre.
The same, but a photo of a cookie.
Still Alive in Mario Paint Composer.
The Portal Cake – for reals!
From long ago (this is getting embarrassing, we’re back before VALENTINE’S DAY here people), Ze Frank and me and lots of other people have this interesting discussion about creativity humunculi.
—————————————
And now, the stuff that IS interviews with me:
Me guesting on The Geoff Show podcast for Virgin Radio in London, I guess yesterday? What day is it?
An interview with me on the Technology and the Arts Podcast.
A text Q&A session with StuffWeLike.
A BBC Radio interview I did while I was at SXSW.
An interview with the Geekspeak podcast.
An interview – hey, video! – with TV Week, also from SXSW.
Me on episode one of the newly launched SMTV with the lovely and talented Samantha Murphy.
My interview with the Wired GeekDad blog.

So the internet is really just something to dump something on?
Also, those RIT guys are great.

A lot of aren't the cape-wearing SysAdmin Pasty Guy, though -- but you don't need to worry about us because we *like* the Lady Aberlin song. We're happy to follow you wherever this thing takes you because we enjoy your work as a whole, not just The Hits. I flatter myself that I have a decent ear for lyrics and song structure, and I consider you an extremely talented singer/songwriter who works in some geeky genres. But you're far from being a novelty act, and if you ever *did* write a song about "Firefly" it would probably make Joss Whedon cry.
Rock on.

Woo! You posted the Mario Paint thing. Awesome!
...crap, now I gotta check out all the other links.

JC, you *are* in Atlanta now, right? Right?!? (Increasing shrill tone of panic in voice) You *did* make it out of Newark and arrived safely in Atlanta, didn't you? Well, DIDN'T YOU?!? (hyperventilates) You know, for the SHOW in ATLANTA -- TONIGHT?!? (faints - thunk!)
(recovers)
Yes, sure you did -- I'm sure you did... OK, see you tonight.

Blarg.
That still alive cappella killed me. And tore me to pieces. And threw every piece into a sound fire.
The Mario Paint is awesome. Saw it before from VG Cats

That Geoff Show Podcast was weird. I could tell the Kazoo (or whatever it was) players on Ikea surprised you.
Gina says
Jonathan, do you make a habit of taking off your clothes at parties?
Can I be invited?
Tim says
JC - just got back from your awesome show in Atlanta. Paul & Storm were great, you were great, the crowd was great -- plenty of greatness all around. And yes, zombie pirates clearly have all the advantages. Arrr!
Thanks, and come back down south soon!
